The Emerging Young Dancers Programme (delivered by Tin Arts) provides regular technique training and creative development opportunities for talented young dancers (11-18yrs) with a learning disability or autism from across the North East of England.
Supported by The Ballinger Trust, the programme runs throughout the year and is a mix of regular activities and intensive periods of working. The EYD dancers perform on a regular basis regionally and where possible nationally through partner organisations.
The EYD Programme recruits young people on an annual basis from across the North East of England. How many are recruited depends on the level of talent discovered.
