An important notice for North East Course Finder users
We would like to thank you for using North East Course Finder (NECF) to access training opportunities. We recently conducted an administrative review to identify ways in which we could improve the efficiency of the service. One of the objectives of the review was to identify potential cost savings to enable us to continue to deliver a comprehensive range of high quality courses at low cost to meet the needs of the sport and physical activity workforce.
This review highlighted that the cost of collecting fees via invoicing is considerably higher than the online method. Following this review the four North East County Sport Partnerships, who are responsible for managing and funding NECF, have decided that from the 1 April 2012 all course fees will be collected online using debit / credit card or PayPal. The savings that we accrue from this change will be used to offset the cost of running courses and therefore help to hold down any future rise in course fees.
