As Sport England's leading National Governing Body (NGB) for Exercise, Movement and Dance, EMDP is committed to getting more people enjoying good health and wellbeing through exercise, movement and dance and our teachers offering their classes for free is a fantastic opportunity to give more people the chance to take part in regular physical activity whilst having fun and meeting new people.
