County Durham Secondary Badminton Final

Wednesday 3 February 2010 was the second ever County Durham Badminton Final. The Louisa Centre, Stanley hosted 12 schools representing six School Sport Partnerships.

The competition was categorized into Key Stage 3 Girls, Key Stage 3 Boys, Key Stage 4 Girls and Key Stage 4 Boys. Each team consisted of 4 players who took part in both single and doubles games.

All participants enjoyed the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and sharpen their skills against opposing schools and there were some good standards of play on display. Results are listed below. Congratulations to the winners of each category. Many thanks also to staff and students who helped with umpiring on the day.
