Spectrum Roller Skating Club travelled to Great Yarmouth to take part in the Retroskate artistic roller skating competition. The team of 14 skaters plus supporters endured in total over 12 hours of travel to represent the North East at the national event.

Over 30 skaters (aged between 3-45) attended Shildon Sunnydale Leisure Centre on Friday 6 October to join in the fun. Thank you to the Leisure Centre for the kind use of their disco lights, the super parent volunteers who created a fantastic atmosphere by providing glow sticks, food, drinks, balloons, sweetie cones and even a popcorn kart!
