Merseyside Open Table Tennis Ranking Tournament
The Merseyside Open Table Tennis Ranking Tournament will take place on Sunday 11 December 2011 at Greenbank Sports Academy, Liverpool from 10am to 5pm.
The championships are open to players with a disability and any ability.
There are four sections to the tournament:
1. Wheelchair users
2. Physical Disability
3. Learning Difficulties
4. Hearing Impaired
The wheelchair users sections may be joined together if there are not enough entries to have two sections. There will also be a junior category in any section if there are sufficient entries to warrant it.
Players should wear suitable footwear for an indoor tournament i.e. trainers or flat soled shoes that will not mark the floor.
Shields will be awarded to the winners of each section and medals will be awarded to the runners up.
