Curling / New-Age Curling Evening
It's out of season for ice curling at the minute, but following the interest generated from the 'Come and Try Curling' sessions last winter, there is the opportunity to try it out at Durham Summer Ice Rink, Abbey Leisure Centre on Monday 16 August 2010 from 5.30pm-8.30pm (hourly sessions).
Why not come along and show your support to get ice back in Durham, you will be given some basic tactics and principals of ice curling, (ready for the new season), followed by a mini, fun, New-Age Curling competition.
Individuals and groups are welcome - no experience needed. Sessions cost £4 per person.
