Community Groups working within CountyDurham (excluding Darlington).
How much is the award?
The committee will consider awards up to £2,000.00.
Criteria
Funding will be awarded to groups that can demonstrate that the money will be used for projects that aim to:
- Improve Physical Health
- Improve Mental Health and Wellbeing
- Address Health Inequalities
- Supporting Users and Carers with Long Term Conditions
Examples could be projects that aim to:
- Reduce Heart Disease
- Improve Nutrition
- Stop Smoking
- Improve Mental Health and Motivation
- Provide Exercise and Positive Lifestyles Activities
