Responsibilities
• Lead on the CSP Core Offer to NGBs, including initial regional engagement with NGBs, developing a local offer and supporting the delivery of their key priorities
• Support the Executive Director in the development and implementation of the local delivery system for sport and physical activity
• Support the Executive Director with all future business development
• Work with partners to shape the purpose and direction of the CSN infrastructure for County Durham
• Offer Case Management support to the Strategic Manager (Physical Activity) to ensure the effective delivery and implementation of the CPAL project
• Shape and drive the continuous improvement agenda within the CDS Core Team
