Responsibilities
• The day to day management of the CDS Development Team, (delivering on Coaching, Playground to Podium, Sport Makers)
• Manage the delivery of specific NGB interventions (eg the Archery project)
• Manage the delivery of Sport England and DCMS funded programmes including Sportivate, School Games and Children and Young People offer
• Lead on Leadership and Volunteering, including delivering the Regional Leadership Academy in partnership with Durham University
• Represent the North East on the CSPN (County Sport Partnership Network) Children and Young People themed working group
• Safeguarding lead for County Durham Sport
