Responsibilities
• Supporting clubs, organisations and individuals who are searching and applying for funding
• Working in partnership with other North East CSPs to assess clubs working towards generic Clubmark who do not have an accrediting National Governing Body
• Sitting on sports specific networks to support club and coach development
• Supporting the delivery of Sport England initiatives such as Sport Makers, which encourages new volunteers into new volunteer placements to support the Olympic and Paralympic 2012 legacy
• Coordinating the delivery of the Playground to Podium project, helping young disabled people progress from PE and community sport to high level performance and competition
• Working in partnership with National Governing bodies to deliver specific interventions
